Cleaver Cricket LLC · Before you authorize a repair
A request is an inquiry, not a repair booking or payment commitment. Read our Terms & Conditions, including shipping risk, repair limitations and liability provisions. Disclose all damage, previous repairs, treatments and any special value. We will obtain your written acceptance of the terms, scope, price and any special risks before starting work. Please wait for our reply before shipping. Photo uploads are not available on this form.

U.S. mail-in checklist

Pack it for
a safe journey.

  • Wait for the receiving address and instructions before shipping.
  • Use a rigid box long enough for the full bat. Cushion the handle, blade and toe, and prevent movement inside the box.
  • Add your name and repair-reference details inside the package.
  • Use tracked shipping. Request and approve available insurance, declared value, signature service and return shipping before dispatch. Carrier-caused loss or damage is the customer’s risk to the extent permitted by law.
  • Keep photos of the bat and packed box for your records.
