Humble Beginnings

Growing up in the biggest city in the world, New York, cricket was not a popular sport. The few of us who loved the sport and played at a recreational or club level in the Americas never received the financial backing, coaching, care, or interest that the sport would generate elsewhere in the world. We struggled as children and young adults to afford adequate equipment. The quality and cost of equipment always left more to be desired. I saw a real need for the quality equipment and personalized service that was lacking for the younger and amateur cricketers. So I founded Cleaver Cricket to provide the average cricketer with the affordable personalized service that I and others like me were unable to receive.
